Refund policy
Due to the limited quantity and exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are only permitted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for an exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be intact
• No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
Custom-made, altered, and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
